Rag Day has passed and the float is 90% dismantled. The event may have passed but the heart lingers on. The word "Floater" is engraved deeply into the hearts of everyone in the committee. Tears that was shed on Rag Day strengthened friendships forged throughout this holiday.
To me, every hall's float is a wonderful piece of art. If not for the fact that awards are only given to the best, i would think every float should receive something in recognition of the wonderful work that everyone has done. KE's float is something i am proud to have built and i love my float. Alcazar is KE's masterpiece this year. Looking forward, KE will come back next year with a greater and more impressive masterpiece that will stun the whole of NUS!
To Floaters, Dancers, Helpers: I enjoyed working with all of u. There are tough times that we went through together. There were conflicts that made us angry with each other. Those are the ups and downs of the float journey. We all wanted the best for our float but as different ppl, we acted differently and resulted in conflicts. Rag Day has ended, and we succeeded in our masterpiece. It is now time for us to take the effort to mend any wounds there are in our hearts.
U are all magicians of KE and i am waiting, waiting for u all to make more magic for KE in the coming acadamic year.
To sponsors: Your sponsorships have helped us alot and made our float possible. Without these sponsored materials, we would not have been able to make this wonderful float! Thank you all.
